Life Is Tough Or Easy
10 years back, I was able to walk without any aids and enjoy life. I could go to any place where I like. Sadly, I am now a wheelchair user and dependent on my parents to help me in daily activities. I have special table, spoon and plate in my house. Without these things I can’t eat by myself. my friends feed me when I go out. My condition may become like my friend who is bedridden now. What shall I do when my parents are no longer with me?

You are not alone buddy. As sweetlovethoughts said, God surely has planned somethings for each individual on this earth. We are all interconnected, so don't worry buddy.
Don't worry too much. Take one day at a time. God gives us challenge that He believes we will be able to go through it.
Everybody have their own path to go through. Think positive
